                           <description><![CDATA[Douglas Alexander, Secretary of State for International Development, called Andrew a &lsquo;model constituency MP&rsquo; when he visited Oxford yesterday.    In a thank you speech to Labour student activists, Mr Alexander spoke of the Labour Party&rsquo;s values and the importance of the support Andrew has from right across the community.
