Andrew joined scouts, cubs, beavers and venturers for their St George's Day Service and Parade. Groups from all over the Oxford District marched to the Town Hall for the service, followed by
a parade to Oxford Castle for the unfurling of the England St George's flag.
Andrew said: "All the Scout groups do really important work in providing constructive, worthwhile and fun activities for children and young people.
"This year's service was all the more enjoyable as it commemorated the centenary of scouting. Young people gave an excellent presentation of the 100 years history of scouting, and how the
movement continues to grow and change with the times. Well done Oxford scouts, and all those who do the invaluable work of organising, leading and supporting their
activities."
